The Three Wise Men (not named Mickey, Donald or Goofy)...

I was reading a tv guide article promoting the forthcoming CBC documentary, The Pagan Christ, which draws from the best-selling work by Tom Harpur and is set to air on Thursday, December 6th at 9PM. In the article, they make reference to a Holy Land theme park in Orlando. OMGFANGIRLSQUEE....Now that place really is the "MAGIC KINGDOM". It's my new obsession. I can't wait to go there....right after Paris, Venice, Florence, Milan, south of France, Pyrenees region, Greece, Scotland, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, South Africa, Belize, Peru, Mayan Riviera, Jordan, etc.etc.... Seriously, it sounds like heaven: a reconstruction of Herod'sTemple, the Qumran caves, a Jerusalem street market, displays of religious artifacts, and even live shows...that's right, stage plays featuring the Passion, Moses, Pilate, Centurions, the Ministry of Jesus (and that last one is even interactive *swoons*) not to mention tons of great shopping. *sigh* If I could only get a job there..and as much as I'd love to be Salome, I think I'm a shoo-in for the part of Claudia Procula... *dusts off stola*

Note to self: when it gets to the point where Pilate says "quid est veritas?" please remember HE IS NOT SPEAKING TO YOU - do not in any way make reference to that night with Judas...*cough* *eyedart*
  • Current Location: Orlando wannabe

Oh god help us *runs and hides*

Thou shalt not mock the Holy Land Theme Park. I believe that was a last minute addition to be included as the 11th Commandment. I'll have to double check with Raziel but I'm pretty sure.
