What Fools These Mortals Be

The Oscars...Part 2

The Nominees for the 83rd Academy Awards were announced this morning. No major surprises - a few snubs (Paul Giamatti, Ryan Gosling, Mark Wahlberg, Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Mila Kunis, among others)  but I love how the Oscars always have to throw in some nominees who seem to get overlooked at the other events. This year, it is 'True Grit'. I am hoping, and, in fact, I am expecting that the Oscars do not deviate too far from the Golden Globe Awards in their choices.

The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 27th. The nominees in the major categories are listed below under the cut.
